youth and concerned adults be heard in the nation's capital. The Web
site allows thousands of youth and adults to regularly contact elected
officials about important programs and initiatives - especially in
the critical days before votes are cast on the floor of Congress.

Take the National Youth Participation Study conducted by researchers
at Penn State University and the University of Arizona, including
Innovation Center Board Member Dr. Stephen T. Russell. The survey
is for youth development professionals that work with young people

organization to be run independently by young people with disabilities.
They are made up of young leaders with disabilities from across the
U.S. and its territories. They promote leadership development,
