KLCC Knowledge Well

Welcome to the KLCC Knowledge Well!  In 2002, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation launched the Kellogg Leadership for Community Change (KLCC) initiative.  Its goal was to help communities across the country explore the potential for collective leadership to reshape their futures.  In the second phase of the initiative, from the spring of 2005 through the fall of 2007, youth and adults in organizations in five communities worked together for change and forged relationships among themselves and with their communities.  This Knowledge Well is a nexus of resources, tools and ideas that we gained from our experience and work with the KLCC II communities.  There are two parts to the Knowledge Well:

  1. The KLCC Online Community, which is a private group for KLCC participants; and,
  2. The collection of practical tools, available through the Activities, Toolkits and Reports section of this site.

We hope that you take advantage of these resources in furthering and strengthening your own work for community change!
