Training Services

Innovation Center training programs help foundations, organizations and community groups learn how to develop, implement and evaluate new initiatives and to manage their organizations more strategically.

Our approach to training is both unique and effective. Our trainers are more than skilled facilitators, they are national experts, experienced local practitioners, and young people who have partnered with us to explore, test and document best practices. They bring practical experience and real world sensibility to every assignment. The result is training programs that are realistic and effective.

Our clients include foundations, youth and community groups,  national nonprofits, and corporations. We offer workshops, training sessions, and learning exchanges on many aspects of community and youth development.
